At B&W Store, we want you to love what you wear.

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags. Size exchange is available (subject to stock).

Non-returnable: Used/washed items, items without tags, sale items.

Exchange: DM us on Instagram @blackwhitefitstore with your order ID and reason.

Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method. COD orders refunded via bank transfer.

Return shipping cost is borne by customer, except if wrong item was sent.
